Who am I
My name is Stefan van Aalst.
I love to create realistic and challenging solution spaces with stakeholders. This gets people moving, this makes impossible challenges possible.
Personally, I enjoy that through flip-thinking and embracing constraints the challenges are so much easier to realize. Without compromising on ethics, legal and risk appetite.
Content, process, strategy and making people shine
I close the gaps in knowledge, roles, and responsibilities; if not with the people available then by myself. Labels like project/programme manager, process facilitator, consultant, adviser, facilitator, and trainer do not stick on me for long.
